Knott's recently launched its premium quality ‘pound’ cakes at Donnybrook Fair following a presentation of its products to chic supermarket’s buyers. The contract is the first won by the bakery outside Northern Ireland.
The company recently won two gold medals for their fruit loaf and Christmas cake and a silver and bronze medal for their shortbread at the 2007 Great Taste Awards held at the Olympia Speciality Food fair in London. |
