NEW BRAND, NEW RANGE, NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Kevin Clark, former Chief Executive of Midland Chilled Foods, Willenhall, West Midlands, is launching a new ???Finest' range of sauces, mayonnaise and dressings at IFE from the Northern Ireland Pavilion ??"N3205 / N3219 / N3230 ??" organised by the Food Division of Invest Northern Ireland, the region's business development body.
Mr Clark has worked in foodservice for over 25 years, most recently at Midland Chilled Foods, and previously as Sales Director at Windsor Foodservice. His experience in supplying over 500 independent distributors and thousands of end users throughout the UK has motivated him to set up Finest Sauces and create a new range of sauces, mayonnaise and dressings which will be launched at IFE. Mr Clark says: ???Throughout the country distributors and manufacturers are crying out for products that really deliver quality and value to both them and their customers. With the Finest Sauces I believe we have a fantastic range at the most competitive prices.??? ???The products have been designed by a team of chefs who created the Great Taste Gold Award winning Coronation Mayonnaise in 2008, and market testing has exceeded our expectations.??? ???At IFE we will be looking for distributors throughout England and Wales to develop sales. We will also be demonstrating the quality of the products to manufacturers and end users who are looking to get a lead over their competition with this new range. ???We are really looking forward to getting our prospective customers to try these products they will be blown away.??? The products are being manufactured by Northern Ireland based Rich Sauces, building on the company's longstanding reputation, gained over 20 years in business, for quality products and manufacturing capability. ???Finest' Sauces range includes the market leading quality real mayonnaise along with a more value oriented mayonnaise in 10 ltr and 4.5 ltr containers, as well as dressings such as Caesar, French and Honey and Mustard, and flavoured sauces including Coronation, Tikka, Marie Rose, Cajun, Pepper, Garlic and Tikka in 2X2.2 ltr containers. Mayo comes in 2X2.2 and 4.5 ltrs.
