Chef Apprentice Programme
Niall & Joanne McKenna of James Street South/Blefast Bar & Grill / Hadskis are recruiting eight Apprentices to grow their kitchen team at James Street South and learn the skills to develop a career in the Hospitality Industry.
The Apprentice Program will last for 12 months of which 9 will be centered on a planned program of college work with a 3 months mentoring and support to gain employment. On completion you will have completed the NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery and any essential skills work, which may be required.
Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster says training new talent is the bedrock of our tourism infrastructure.
