Established in 1985, Hilton Meat Products Ltd is the United Kingdom's only dedicated offal factory.

Operating from a modern EC- approved plant in County Antrim, the company produces liver, hearts and kidneys from beef, pork and lamb to strict hygiene and quality standards.

Fresh offal's are purchased daily from EC approved plants, ensuring top quality and continuity of supply. With full HACCP and traceability systems in place, Hilton Meat Products has an enviable reputation for service levels, quality and freshness.

Hilton Meat Products Limited has constantly strived to upgrade and improve its facilities and in 1999, the company invested £1.4 million, and extended its factory to provide enhanced storage and packing facilities.

All offal's are carefully inspected before processing to customers own specification. Offal's are trimmed, sliced and loaded into Tri-web packs which contain an oxygen permeable film to retain colour and bloom. The packs are weigh-price labelled as per customer instructions. Delivering seven days a week, the company employs approx 60 people working on a two shift basis.

Hilton Meat Products supplies the major UK supermarket multiples including: Tesco GB, Tesco Ireland, Asda, Sainsburys, Somerfield, Co-Op and Dunnes Stores. A highly efficient distribution network delivers product daily throughout the UK, with lead times to suit individual customer requirements.
