award winning craft cider producers and by RubyBlue Vodka, the smallbatch distillery based at Lisburn in county Antrim.

The cider producers from Northern Ireland are Long Meadow of
Loughgall in county Armagh, MacIvor's from Portadown also in county Armagh and Tempted from Lisburn in county Antrim.

All three have won awards in competitions such as the UK Great TasteAwards and Blas na hEireann Tempted has also won gold in the Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards.

Established in 1996 Whitewater Brewery has also won major awards forits beers including the International Beer Challenge and UK Great
Taste Awards.

Bernard Sloan, Whitewater's founder and managing director, says:
"Both the new beers reflect features of the Mourne Mountains where
the brewery is based. It's a big sheep area for instance and this iswhy we named one of the new beers Ewe Rebel.

"We are situated amidst the spectacular scenery of the Mournes and
use mountain spring water in the brewing process. Our aim is to
produce quality handcrafted beers made from the finest ingredients, with no additives."

The festival is now in its fourth year and runs from 5-7 February.
