Outstanding taste, innovation and quality from Northern Ireland at

Delicious grass-fed meat from Northern Ireland's lush pastures will be showcased by three major processors in the Northern Ireland presentation (Hall 6 J234) at SIAL 2016, 16-20th October.

All three producers have extensive business in Europe and other international markets in both retail and foodservice sectors.

The companies source animals from quality accredited systems including Northern Ireland's Farm Assured Quality scheme and operate to the highest European and international hygiene and safety standards, ensuring premium quality with provenance and heritage from animals reared to world class husbandry and environmental standards on predominantly family owned and run farms.

Most of the farm suppliers are also located close to the main processing plants. In addition, the plants are focused on working across the supply chains on sustainable production.

Regular customers for Northern Ireland meat include most of the biggest retail chains including Marks and Spencer, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Asda and Tesco.
