Smokin' Yankees BBQ

Smokin Yankees BBQ Belfast are a competitive BBQ team who have competed internationally including across the United States. They have used their expertise to launch Smokin Yankees Apple and Whiskey BBQ Sauce in 2017.

Their sauces attracted so much attention at the various BBQ competitions over the years that they decided to develop a range for retail.

The four strong champion BBQ team based in Northern Ireland collaborated with award-winning chef Paul Clarke, the managing director of En Place Foods in Cookstown, country Tyrone, another Northern Ireland business specialising in sauces, culinary oils and vinegars, to perfect the recipe for the Apple and Whiskey product and take on the manufacturing.

The Smokin Yankees Apple and Whiskey BBQ Sauce is a tomato-based BBQ sauce with a fresh, sweet taste and a nice pepper finish. It is the first of a range of three sauces to be launched and is currently available in delis and farm shops across Northern Ireland.
