    Superchip Sauces, the Northern Irish specialist in quality sauces for foodservice, is setting up franchise operations in Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland as part of a new growth strategy.
    The first franchisee to market its range of sauces in the Republic by van sales has recently been identified in Donegal after the establishing of a successful pilot in Northern Ireland.
  • Northern Irish Dexter Beef for Selfridges

    Bruce’s Hill Cattle Company, the Antrim farm-based beef farmer and processor, has won a contract to supply Selfridges in London with grass-fed meat.

    The company sources meat from its own Dexter herds on four farms covering more than 800 acres and has won a series of UK Great Taste Awards for its steaks.
