Innovative and tasty food from Northern Ireland at IFE


Buyers to IFE 2015 at ExCel in London are able to sample a broad range of innovative and quality food and drink from Northern Ireland.



Eight Northern Irish companies are showing dozens of products at the show, among the biggest food and drink events this year. On show are dairy, bakery, gluten-free pork, sprouted seed snacks, baby food, cider and craft beer.



They represent Northern Ireland's £4.5 billion food and drink industry which exports to over 60 countries.



The Northern Irish participants are:



Dale Farm, Belfast, Northern Ireland's biggest dairy company showing a range of award winning products including butter, cheese and yoghurt.



Evron Foods, Craigavon, county Armagh - a market leader in quality frozen and chilled bakery products.



Good4U, Cookstown, county Tyrone - a specialist in roasted and sprouted seeds and drinks.



Heavenly Tasty Organics, Augher, county Tyrone - manufacturer of frozen and chilled organic baby weaning meals.



James Doherty Meats, Derry, county Londonderry - gluten-free pork sausages, burgers and meatballs.



Long Meadow Cider, Craigavon, county Tyrone - Irish handcrafted cider.



Love Olive, Glenavy, county Antrim - olives, sun-dried tomatoes and hummus.



Pokertree Brewing Company, Omagh, county Tyrone - craft brewery.
