Craved develops a passion for Northern Irish relish

Passion Preserved, the Northern Irish producer of artisan relishes
and chutneys, has been listed by Craved Foods in London.

The company, based at Lisburn in county Antrim, has supplied its
unique Kasundi and Sunshine relishes to Craved, which markets craft products by means of the internet.

Passion Preserved has won UK Great Taste Awards for its products
developed by owner Claire Kelly from ingredients grown on her own
land. She launched the small business in 2013.

Mrs Kelly says: "Craved had heard about my products and approached
to see if I'd be willing to supply products for their web marketing.Their focus is on craft products, essentially my market. I was keen, therefore, to gain a listing on their website. While their focus hasbeen on suppliers in the greater London area, I understand that theyare keen to expand their portfolio and to include products from
other regions including Northern Ireland."

Grown out of a love for small batch production by founder David
Voxlin, Craved is committed to discovering and championing British
craft food and drink, and the producers who make it.

Mr Voxlin says: "We offer a unique selection of products by
unearthing unusual, unexpected and distinctive flavours from
independent, craft producers - unavailable on the High Street or
in supermarkets.

"Our business started in London where we noticed a growing communityof small batch producers. We own this London niche, selling over 120products from 40 producers. We now source from across the UK as the market for new and exciting tastes accelerates.

"We believe in craft, flavour, and supporting the people behind the product. Our ambition is to personalise the food market,
reconnecting us with what we eat and allowing people to discover thebest craft food and drink made in the UK.

"By increasing the availability of independent craft food and the
number of producers who make it, we hope that in time there will be a change in the way that we think about our communities and the foodwe eat."
