RubyBlue features in new gift box liqueur minis

RubyBlue premium Irish fruit berry liqueurs from Hughes Craft
Distillery are now available in mini gift box format. The company,
which is based at Lisburn in county Antrim, has just launched its
range of four liqueurs in 50ml bottles in an attractive gift box
that's targeted in particular at the travel market.

Launch customer for the new product is The Loop duty-free retailer
at Dublin International Airport. The gift boxes are now on sale
there.

The new gift pack features the company's successful four liqueur
flavours - Wild Blueberry, Wild Cranberry, Wild Blackcurrant and
Chill Pepper, all with an alcohol volume of 17 per cent. The liqueurs are a refreshing blend of fresh fruit and Irish grain spirit and
are made in small batches at the company's distillery.

Hughes Craft Distillery is an artisan business owned and managed by husband and wife team Stuart and Barbara Hughes.

Mrs Hughes, commenting on the launch of the mini gift boxes, says:
"We decided to develop the new gift box format because we saw a gap in the market, especially in airport duty-free shops, for a more
convenient sized product that would encourage travellers to purchaseand try for themselves.

"While our conventional sized bottles are selling well, the new format has been designed to appeal to travellers who would prefer a
small size that also gives them the opportunity to taste all our
four flavours. We also see the smaller format as ideal for airlines and have already had a number of interesting inquiries," she adds.

The company has also extended its distribution network in the
Republic of Ireland by signing an agreement with J&C Kenny in
Galway.

Hughes Craft Distillery, established in 2010, also recently launchedwhat is claimed to be Ireland's first potato vodka.

The small batch distillery has won a series of awards for its
liqueurs including gold and silver medals in the prestigious LiqueurMasters, an international event to find and signpost the finest
liqueurs on the world stage.

The liqueurs are made with real ingredients such as berries or
chilli peppers which aged inside the bottle with Irish grain spirit to provide a clean flavour.
