Heavenly deal in France for baby food producer

Northern Irish baby foods and snack products manufacturer Heavenly
Taste Organics has secured its first major deal in France. Based at Augher in county Tyrone, the company supplies baby foods and snack
products made from organically-grown fruits and vegetables.

The deal will see Heavenly Tasty Organics supplying 49 supermarkets and 15 hypermarkets throughout France with its New Organic Superfoodsnack range on a trial basis.

It is estimated that the deal could be worth &pound100,000 if the
trial is successful.

Shauna McCarney-Blair, managing director of Heavenly Tasty Organics, said "We are delighted to have secured this breakthrough deal with the Casino Group in France. We first came into contact with the
Casino Group through participation at the SIAL Food Exhibition in
Paris.

"The exhibition gave us a unique opportunity to showcase our
fantastic products to buyers from supermarkets and food retailers
throughout the world and in turn has opened many doors for us.

"Our new range of organics superfood baby snacks will be stocked on supermarket and hypermarket shelves throughout France and although at this point the deal is on a trial basis we recognise that success in France will give us a platform for further growth in other parts of Europe and will lead to even more opportunities in the future."

The company was formed in 2011 by Mrs McCarney-Blair and is now run with husband James.
