Glenarm Organic Salmon, Northern Ireland's award winning farm salmonbusiness, will be showing fresh and smoked salmon at Seafood Expo
North America in Boston (6-8 March).

supplies smoked salmon to upmarket retailers such as Fortnum and
Mason in London. In the US, Glenarm Organic supplies major clients in centres such as New York and San Francisco

The Northern Ireland company recently secured a contract to produce an own label smoked salmon for Fortnum and Mason in addition to its own signature branded product.

Established in 1989, Glenarm Organic Salmon specialises in premium
quality organic salmon from responsible and sustainable aquaculture.
On-growing farms are located in Glenarm Bay and Red Bay on the
Antrim coast and separated by 11 miles of fast flowing coastal
seawater.

The salmon has a rich and distinctive flavour that comes from being raised on seawater farms located in the Irish Sea, where the
currents and tidal flows ensure optimal exercise and firm muscle formation.

The organic salmon farms benefit immensely from an extremely clean
and healthy environment.

Based in the historic village of Glenarm, county Antrim, the companyproduces up to 500 tonnes of organic salmon each year and
distributes worldwide.
