Northern Irish Year of Food and Drink in focus at Food and Drink Expo

Quality beef, poultry, bakery, cakes and biscuits, snack foods,
processed fruit for compotes, jams, sauces and fillings for bakers
along with wines and spirits will be showcased in the Northern
Ireland presentation (Stand G141) at Food and Drink Expo 2016.

Ireland's largest independent baker of traditional Irish breads,
loaves, cakes and biscuits, and Western Poultry, a specialist in
added value chicken products, the Northern Ireland showcase includes three companies new to Food and Drink Expo.

farm-based business which provides grass-fed beef and convenience
meals to major retailers such as Tesco and Sainsbury, and Davison
Canners, a processor of fruits including Bramley apples from its
own orchards in county Armagh, Northern Ireland's 'Orchard Country'.
