Following on from the launch last September of its Jimmy's Classic Free Range Pork Sausage in a collaboration with Jimmy Doherty, Northern Ireland based Finnebrogue has just added to the original 60g dinner sausage with the introduction of Jimmy's Free Range Pork Chipolatas into Tesco stores throughout the UK. Customer feedback indicated that consumers wanted a similar product in a smaller size to meet different eating occasions ??" hence the launch in April of Jimmy's Free Range Pork Chipolata in a 40g portion per sausage. ???Both the Classic and Chipolata sausages are made to the same recipe, using free range British pork. They answer a consumer desire to not only eat top quality, great tasting food, but also food that has ethical and provenance credentials.
