New Caribbean flavour from leading pâté producer

Morrow Foods in Northern Ireland has added a new Caribbean pâté to its successful range of gourmet pâtés and ready meals.

Morrow's new Chicken Liver Bajan Pâté has been developed using authentic Caribbean Bajan seasoning.

The quality-led company, based at Cookstown in county Tyrone, has a longstanding reputation as a producer of gastronomic quality pâtés and other dishes such as stews and broths for retail multiples, independents and restaurants.

The newcomer joins an established and successful portfolio of pâtés - Chicken Liver, Chicken Liver and Pepper, Chicken Liver and Smoked Bacon, Chicken Liver and Garlic, and Chicken Liver and Brandy, all available in 113g trays in a sleeve and featuring 70 percent chicken liver.

Morrow's ready meals feature Chicken Broth, Vegetable Broth, Fresh Onion Soup, Beef Stew, and Irish Stew.

Graham Morrow, the founder and managing director of the business, commenting on the new Bajan Pâté, says: "Our strategic focus is on developing original flavours for our popular range of pates. Caribbean flavours are on trend at the moment, and so we decided to create our own distinctive, gourmet pâté."

A family owned and managed business, Morrow Foods was established in 1996 and is now among the leaders in the creation and production of pâtés in the UK and Ireland.

The products are made from locally sourced ingredients and are free from additives and preservatives.
