Mash Direct Named Family Business of the Year
What a great way to end the year for the team at Mash Direct as they were recently named Family Business of the Year at Northern Ireland's premier Business Eye First Trust Bank Business Awards (BEFTA), formerly known as the UTV Business Eye Awards.
The award ceremony took place last month at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast and it was great to see County Down based vegetable side dish producer, Mash Direct walk away with such a prestigious award.
Family businesses form an integral part of the economy, especially in Northern Ireland and this award gives Mash Direct great recognition for their exceptional achievements this year and for their commitment to the long term vision of Mash Direct. The innovative farming enterprise is run by family team Martin, Tracy, Lance and Jack who together have six generations of farming expertise coupled with a mutual drive and passion for making the highest quality vegetable side dishes. The strong family values and principals have influenced the structure of the business helping it to achieve phenomenal growth in the fresh food sector.

Over the last 14 years it has been amazing to see a family farm grow into a multi-award winning innovative farming enterprise in Northern Ireland. They never disappoint with their endless new product offerings and we can't wait to hear what is next for Mash Direct.
