
Exclusive deal for Hannan Meats from top hospitality group
Northern Ireland's biggest hotel group is to source all its beef and burgers from leading local supplier Hannan Meats, a multi-award winning process of beef under the Glenarm Shorthorn brand.
Hastings, the family owned and managed hospitality group which opened the 300-bedroom Grand Central Hotel in June last year has been working with Hannan Meats, which is based at Moira in county Armagh, has been sourcing meat from the company for 20 years.
The new deal will see Hannan, a twice Great Taste supreme champion, exclusively supply all the seven Hastings Hotels in Northern Ireland with its Himalayan salt-aged beef, steaks, Sunday roasts and Glenarm Shorthorn burgers.
