New Alfee's Flatbreads chosen by Feastpoint for innovative food catering
Alfee's Flatbreads from Northern Ireland are to be included in the automated catering units developed by Feastpoint in London, the company behind a highly innovative solution for out-of-hours food catering.
Alfee's is supplying Feastpoint with three hand rolled flatbreads - spicy chicken, ham and cheese and eggs and bacon - for the automated food dispensers, which combine a chill cabinet and a microwave/convection oven with the latest touchscreen cooking technology, that it has invented and is now rolling out to corporate and other clients across the UK including Easyjet and NHS Sites
Based at Newtownards, County Down, Alfee's is part of Rich Sauces, a major producer of quality mayonnaise and sauces to customers throughout the UK, Ireland, other parts of Europe and the US.
The new frozen flatbreads carry forward the expertise in sauce gained since its formation in 1987 and which has been recognised by a series of awards including UK Great Taste Awards.
