Gold for Northern Irish Kettyle dry-aged beef at Olympics
Kettyle Irish Foods, the Northern Irish producer of dry-aged beef and other meats, is supplying products to the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games.
The company, based at Lisnaskea in County Fermanagh, is supplying a range of products to Sodexo, caterers at the Olympic Village and across the main venues in London.
Kettyle Irish Foods supplied its signature dry-aged beef, Lough Erne lamb, Fermanagh free-range chicken and pork for the a la carte menu and the prestigious canapé reception for the 10,000 VIPs at the opening ceremony and at the closing event.

As well as catering for an expected four million Olympic and Paralympic spectators, Sodexo will provide meals for media representatives, officials and some of the athletes.
Kettyle Irish Foods secured the prestigious contract following a successful tender for a supplier of beef and other meat products.
The company also supplied beef to caterers involved in the recent British Open golf championships at Lytham and St Anne's.
Kettyle Irish Foods has become synonomous with award-winning meat served at many fine dining establishments and supplied to a wide and varied customer-base throughout Ireland, UK and mainland Europe.
The company, owned by Linden Foods, one of Northern Ireland's leading food businesses, was also recently listed by the prestigious UK Guild of Fine Foods as one of its Top 50 British Foods for its unique Dry Aged Marrow Butter, A butter with bone marrow, blended with a mix of sea salt and cracked pepper.
