Local Food Producers collaborate to launch Corndale Farm Nduja Ketchup

Two award-winning Northern Ireland based food producers Craic Foods and Corndale Farm have collaborated to launch an exciting new Nduja Ketchup under the Corndale Farm brand.

Cookstown-based food innovator Paul Clarke and Limavady pig farmer Alastair Crown, founder of the successful charcuterie business, have created a uniquely sweet piquant ketchup blended with Corndale’s smoky, spicy ‘Nduja.

Corndale Farm Nduja Ketchup is a beautifully versatile product a gourmet, artisanal ketchup made with great ingredients, namely Corndale free-range pork Nduja, Calabrian chilli & Italian tomatoes.

Corndale Nduja is produced in Northern Ireland from high welfare free-range saddle-back pigs, fed a locally sourced diet, supplemented with local vegetables, a true “field to fork" approach with a low carbon footprint & food miles,
