Burren Balsamics launch Wild Garlic, Salt and 3 Pepper Grinder – the all-season grinder
Burren Balsamics, Northern Ireland’s multi-award winning producer of handcrafted balsamic vinegars, jams, sauces and relishes, has introduced a new original product.
Based at Richhill in county Armagh, the company, which is owned by former chef Susie Hamilton Stubber, who works alongside development chef Bob McDonald on new product development, has launched a Wild Garlic, Salt and 3 Pepper Grinder.
With the colours of Christmas and the taste of spring – this delicious mix of flavours makes for the perfect addition to every dish from scrambled egg to grilled fish, or a steak.
Burren Balsamics prides itself as a Zero-Food waste company and so when Susie collected too much Wild Garlic for infusing into the white Balsamic, the remaining Wild Garlic was dehydrated and the seasoning mix was created.
It is a highly attractive product on the shelves with beautiful salt flakes and plenty of red, white and black peppercorns along with a liberal amount of Wild Garlic. This comes through as a lasting flavour that generously gives great depth to recipes. Burren Balsamics has won a series of UK Great Taste Awards and Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards for its extensive range of vinegars which include fruit-infused products for both retail and hospitality.
The grinders are available in boxes of 6. Refills also available. Contact Susie@burrenbalsamics.com
