We are a small craft, brewery in the Drumbo hills, overlooking the city of Belfast, Northern Ireland. We want to help people discover the magic of fermentation and tea. Constantly discovering and innovating while using traditional methods and practices.

On our journey to explore all that tea can become, we found kombucha. It originates in China, where it was known as, “The tea of immortality.” Our craft kombucha is authentically brewed in small batches, using carefully selected premium tea. Kombucha is an easy-to-drink innovation of tea which can be enjoyed every day.

Kombucha:
Lightning McGreen - Our signature green tea kombucha, it gets its name from the region where our Kenyan green tea is harvested, known locally as, “The place of lightning.” Our most popular kombucha with its crisp, clean character which makes it easy to fit into any lifestyle.

Assamson & Goliath - our signature black tea kombucha, it is brewed from the finest Assam tea, blended with a brisk East African black tea that is developed and supplied by our friends at Thompson’s Tea. A uniquely robust kombucha which is amber in colour and curiously moreish. Named after and brewed in full view of the iconic shipyard cranes in Belfast.

The Haymaker - inspired by the old time energy drink ‘Haymaker’s punch’ that once quenched and energised workers in the fields, it is brewed from a special blend of green and black tea with apple, lemon, and just enough ginger to pack a punch.

The Hoptimist - inspired by West Coast style IPA beer, it’s made from slow brewed green tea with bitter citrus and sweet peach. Added to that three types of aromatic American hops for a hoppy beery alternative. Hoppy days!

Hibitual Drinker - our version of a classic kombucha flavour infused from green and black tea with the vibrant and tart hibiscus flower. We decided to X3 the clean crisp goodness with the addition of tangy rosehip and raspberry.

Like a Boss - packed full of goodness and hot African sunshine energy bringing together the rooibos ‘Red Bush’ tea, Ethiopian black tea and the citrus sherbet tang of the superfood baobab fruit.

Matcha Mango - we infused Matcha green tea with real mango in this fruity, bright kombucha. The earthy qualities of Matcha green tea are pleasantly balanced by sweet mango making this a sophisticatedly balanced brew which can be enjoyed at any time of day.

The Turmenator is a powerhouse infusion combining green tea, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper. We added a citrus twist with Spanish oranges. Turmeric, also known as the Golden Spice is known for its superhuman anti inflammatory properties and traditional medicinal benefits.

The Elected Elders in this case are none other than the roundest, shiniest, sharpest granny there is. The good old Granny Smith Apple and the Elder-Flower itself. Two of the most respected elders around.

Living Barrell Vinegar Range
The Living Barrell Vinegar Range is a small batch range made start to finish in our Belfast brewery. All of which made from our living barrel mother culture and flavoured with local fruits and botanicals. A true connoisseur's condiment to dash, splash, or lash however you please.

Loose Leaf Teas
Our collection of loose leaf teas have been carefully curated and approved by our in house tea sommelier. We have sourced each tea for its particular flavour profiles, characteristics, and purpose. We are working on building our strength in organic teas and also have close ties with our wholesalers who provide traceability on original sources.
