Crust and Crumb is Ireland’s largest manufacturer of ambient, chilled, frozen flatbread and garlic bread products. We specialise in producing Pizza Bases, Topped Pizza, Flatbreads, Garlic Baguettes/Slices, and Tortillas alongside an extensive range of Gluten Free and Vegan Dough-Based Products.

Located in the counties of Fermanagh, Cavan, and Armagh, Crust & Crumb consists of 5 state of the art production facilities, one of which is a dedicated Gluten Free and Vegan site.

We pride ourselves on exceeding industry standards in quality, service and innovation and distribute to customers worldwide.

Our team of dedicated craft bakers have been producing Pizzas for over ten years now and with the help of our master baker Clemente, a professional pizzaiolo from the Novara lowlands of Northern Italy we feel we know a thing or two about creating the perfect Pizza.

We offer a full range of Stone baked and Deep pan bases in sizes from 7" to 18" both sauced and un-sauced. We also have our own NPD team for development of fresh pizza and stuffing products in private label.

Pizzas: We specialise in producing own-label pizzas. These can be plain, sauced or fully topped and chilled or frozen.

Tortillas & Wraps: Our Tortillas & Wraps are available both ambient and frozen. We will work alongside you to create flavoured products to suit you and your customers.

Garlic Breads, Baguettes & Speciality Breads: Freshly baked French, Italian-style and Artisan breads, filled with a delicious blend of fresh garlic and herbs, combine to produce a wide range of great tasting Garlic breads perfect for any meal and any occasion.

Baguettes: Our selection includes plain and seeded including Triplegrain, bursting with grainy goodness. All of our baguettes can be supplied either part or fully baked (thaw & serve).

Speciality Breads: Flatbreads, Part-Baked Dough Balls, Tear n Share & Ciabatta.

We currently deliver product throughout Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
