Doherty & Gray Limited was established in 1954 and is Northern Ireland's second oldest meat processing business. Based in Ballymena in County Antrim, the family owned and managed business operates from its very modern EC approved plant and specializes in the supply of Chilled Beef & Lamb and both Branded and "Own Label" Sausages and Burgers to National and Local supermarkets, Convenience Stores, Catering companies and the Independent retail butcher. .

Brand names include Hull's of Ballymena, Primavalley, Select and Gold Star.

Continued investment has delivered strong business growth and we currently hold BRC Grade AA, Bord Bia QAS for Beef, Red Tractor, Freedom Foods and Thank Goodness It's Pork accreditation.
