Cookstown is one of the UK's leading meat manufacturers, currently employing 880 employees in our local site and processing circa 25,000 pigs each week, supplying all of the UK's major supermarkets and wholesale food suppliers.

Established in 1937, the Cookstown site has grown dramatically over the years. We most recently became part of the KARRO Food Group, one of the United Kingdom's leading pork processors with facilities across England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

All meat processed at Cookstown is sourced from 150 of our Northern Irish and Irish farmers, with whom we work closely to ensure the best animal welfare standards, production chain traceability and supply of the highest quality pork products in the local market. We are a leading producer of sausages, bacon, gammon, fresh pork and cooked meats for both Private Label and Northern Ireland's Number 1 best selling brand Cookstown. We supply our high quality meat products to retail, foodservice and manufacturing customers across the UK and internationally.
