Originally from Brazil where they ran a successful restaurant and export business, Jose Andre and his wife established L'Artisan Foods two years ago and built the business up by providing samples of a range of Brazilian influenced baked & savoury goods to local coffee shops and cafes.

Today L'Artisan Foods supplies a wide range of freshly baked savoury quiche lorraine, sausage rolls & baked goods including 'Natas' portuguese custards to coffee shops and restaurants.

L'Artisan Foods also plans to increase their product offering to include chicken pie, pork pie, Mediterranean tart and apple tart.

The company is also developing business in the Republic of Ireland and Germany.
