Maggi Cooper has developed a unique range of jams, chutneys, relishes and fudge under the Made With Love xo brand using locally sourced ingredients and her own recipes.

The Made With Love xo range of chutneys, jams and fudge are unique and unusual due to the clever combination of fruit and vegetables used. The range is completely hand-made, bottled and packaged in Maggi's 5 star hygiene rated kitchen.

In February 2017, Maggi launched an initial range of three gift packs each containing four 100g jars. The range includes a selection of chutneys for cheese and a 'collection of jams made with whiskey, vodka, amaretto, berry liqueur and Shortcross gin.

The compact products all feature attractive packaging that makes them a perfect gift from Ireland and are aimed at export markets.

Made with Love xo, which is based in Bangor, county Down, has won recognition for the quality and taste of its products from the UK Great Taste Awards and the Blas na hEireann Irish National Food Awards.

Maggi set up the business in 2012 and now supplies leading retailers and delis. In addition to supplying these outlets, she has supplied leading hamper businesses.
