Established in 1940 as a family-run butchery and bakery, Mc Colgan's Quality Foods has developed into one of Northern Ireland's leading manufacturers of quality chilled and frozen food supplying leading retailers and foodservice operators across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The company operates from a state-of-the art 80,000 sq ft facility which is "Investor In People" and "BRC A Status Version 6" accredited. It's success are built on the pillars of quality, consistency, manufacturing efficiency, cost control, innovation, a flexible can do approach and excellent service levels.

As well as developing a strong and flourishing McColgan brand the company is proud to be entrusted with producing private label for a large and growing number of customers.

McColgan's specialises in producing a wide range of convenient chilled & frozen savoury pastry products for retail and foodservice including: sausage rolls, pasties, jambons, deep filled pies, lattice in both puff and shortcrust pastry.
