Ristretto are at the forefront of a new wave of artisan coffee roasters, passionately roasting the freshest, highest quality, speciality coffee at our state-of-the-art roastery in Banbridge, County Down.

Our coffee comes from all over the world including Guatemala, Brazil and India. All of our coffees are speciality grade and we roast them in small batches by hand and sample every batch to make sure it tastes how it should.

Ensuring that our coffee is sourced ethically is of great importance. Every bean we roast is traceable back to the area where it was grown, picked and sorted by hand. By sourcing directly, the growers are rewarded with a minimum price, which improves the standard of living for their families and we get incredible coffees of exceptional quality.
