Originally established in 2008 as an event catering business, Whoosh serviced corporate and private clients across Northern Ireland. The business opened its Thai & Vietnamese Street Food Café in 2013 in Coleraine and quickly gained a reputation for its fresh selection of Thai & Vietnamese street food, freshly cooked on site every day.

Our food is all about fresh, healthy and delicious fast food served in a casual setting or as an ideal food on-the-go alternative. Following the success of the café, we invested time in product development and turned our recipes into a range of instant rice noodle products for the food-on-the-go retail market.

November 2022 marked the launch of our first 3 Instant Noodle pots.

All spices used for in the Whoosh range are 100% natural and hand-blended. Our products contain no additives, no preservatives. They are gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians / vegans. Preparation just requires 300ml of boiling water per pot. Ready to eat in 3 to 4 minutes. Customers also have the option to add their own protein to the pots, with the idea of encouraging them to avoid food waste by using leftover ingredients they may already have the fridge or cupboard (E.g. chicken, prawns, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc.)

Thai Red Curry Rice Noodles: instant rice noodles in spicy curry made with a blend of red chillies, Thai spices, kaffir lime leaves & coconut.

Thai Tom Yum Rice Noodles: A spicy hot & sour pot of instant rice noodles, prepared with lime, red chillies, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.

Vietnamese Curry Rice Noodles: instant rice noodles in a light Vietnamese curry made from a blend of subtle spices, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves & coconut.

The noodle range is currently stocked in 25 locations throughout Northern Ireland, including convenience stores such as SPAR, EUROSPAR, MACE, NISA, as well as independently owned shops.
