Rule of Crumb Gluten Free

Established by Colum McLornan, Rule of Crumb specialises in the manufacture of a range of gluten free products for coeliacs including: gluten free chicken goujons, gluten free breaded fish, gluten free cereals (cornflakes, muesli, coco bites), muffins, salted caramel & chocolate profiteroles and part baked bread rolls. All items are licensed by the Coeliac Society UK and have the cross grain symbol.

The reason why our gluten free chicken goujons taste so good is that they are made using high quality EU breast fillet with no additives or brines and our special recipe breadcrumbs give excellent flavour and texture. To help chefs, cooks and caterers avoid cross contamination, we pack our goujons in sealed portion size packs with each goujon averaging 40 grams.

Chicken Kievs are packed in portions of 195 grams on average, making it easy for the kitchen to avoid cross contamination.
