    Poultry processor Moy Park is Northern Ireland’s biggest company, according to a new survey of the region’s Top 100 businesses. The company, now owned by Marfrig, Brazil’s leading meat business, recorded a turnover of ?921 million this year.

More than 80 per cent of Northern Ireland dairy products are currently sold outside the region.     Broighter Gold cold-pressed rapeseed oil is now being used in the kitchens of many of the top hotels and restaurants in Ireland including, most recently, the renowned White Sage Restaurant in Adare, Co Limerick. The White Sage is one of just 14 restaurants in Ireland to merit the BIB Gourmand status, one of just five in Munster rand the only one in Limerick.
