    The company gained the award in the International Trade category for a significant increase in sales to countries worldwide where there is a tradition of using the whole animal.

    The business, which processes and supplies dairy products across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, has also posted a slight rise in turnover.

    A Sweet Summer Cider has been created under the successful Tempted? brand by dj’s for the chain’s upcoming Cider Festival in July. Cider lovers will be able to taste the quality of the new Tempted? product in the chain’s 900 pubs during the two-week festival.

    Fivemiletown Creamery, the Northern Irish artisan cheese producer, has won a listing from top on-line retailer OCADO for its range of award winning and unique Boilie goat’s cheese.

    OCADO shoppers are now able to enjoy Fivemiletown’s three traditional Irish Boilie hand rolled products – original goat’s cheese pearls with herbs and garlic infused oil, goat’s cheese pearls filled with basil pesto and goat’s cheese pearls filled with tomatoes and herbs.
